Crimson Moon’s Semblance is Arlecchino’s signature weapon, and her best-in-slot, as it caters perfectly to her Bond of Life mechanic. The DMG boost is also easy to activate, since Arlecchino can accumulate Bond of Life very easily.

Primordial Jade Winged-Spear is a very strong 5★ alternative to her Best-in-Slot weapon. It provides CRIT Rate through its secondary stat, while its passive increases ATK with each hit rather than providing a direct DMG bonus.

If you have access to the Battle Pass, Deathmatch is a very strong 4★ option. Although it has lower Base ATK, it compensates with a higher CRIT Rate secondary stat compared to her 5★ alternatives. Its passive also increases ATK based on the number of nearby enemies, providing consistent value and effectively giving it near-permanent uptime.

White Tassel is Arlecchino’s F2P option and can surprisingly hold its own against her other weapon choices. It provides CRIT Rate through its secondary stat, just like some of her other options, while its passive increases Normal Attack DMG by 48% at R5, making it a surprisingly strong choice for a free-to-play weapon.
